- The Competition prize is one one voucher for Moriarty The Last Stand virtual escape room, provided by Escape Live (the “Prize”). There are a total of -five Prizes available for the Competition. iSoftBet reserves the rights to amend or substitute the Prize if it is no longer available.

- Only one entry through the specific Entry Method per day is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- The Competition will run from 09:00 (GMT) on Monday 24th May 2021 and will close at 23:59 on Friday 28th May 2021 (the “Competition Period”).
- The Entry Method for each day of the Competition Period is valid from 09:00 (BST) and will close at 23:59 (BST) on the days outlined in point 3. Entries received via a different Entry Method on a selected day will not be counted as eligible to the competition.
- Entry into the Competition is open to those aged 18 or over. Proof of age will be required in order to claim the Prize. We will only process your data for the purpose of verifying your eligibility to claim the winning prize, among other rights, you have the right to ask us to delete your personal data. - Employees of iSoftBet, their group companies, persons of the same household, or other third parties involved with the Competition may not enter. Persons are deemed to be members of the same household where they share the same postal address or e-mail address.
- Submitting an entry to this Competition constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Competition Terms. Failure to comply with these Competition Terms shall result in cancellation of the Competition entry.
- iSoftBet accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
- The Prize is as stated and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. No replacements are available.
- iSoftBet shall have no liability to the winner with respect to the Prize, or its delivery, condition, attributes or any consequence suffered by the possession or use of the Prize.
- How is the winner selected and notified:
- The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.
- The draw will take place on Tuesday 1st June 2021.
- The winners will be contacted within 5 working days of the draw via Twitter Direct Messages. If a winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
- If a winner fails to respond within 5 working days of this initial contact, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. A winner will be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
- The prize will be sent via email within 2 weeks of notification with a voucher code to redeem with Escape Live.
- iSoftBet reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
- iSoftBet shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
- Nothing in these Competition Terms shall exclude the liability of iSoftBet for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
- The Competition will be governed by Maltese law and entrants to the Competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
- Redeeming the prize must be done so in accordance with the terms and conditions set by Escape Live. Please note that bookings and times available are under the United Kingdom time zone only.
